  I have been using A Custom for my yearly service calls - HVAC maintenance about 2 years now and have appreciated their promptness, knowledge of the equipment, and honesty about what is best. Highly recommended!

  I have been a loyal customer of A Custom for more years than I can remember. The main reason is that they take care of me regularly to keep everything in running order and if something goes wrong, I can count on Tom and his techs to get out here quickly and get things ship shape. Our spring check-up revealed a part that needed to be replaced to keep us warm all winter. I sure appreciate having that taken care of before it gets cold and we have no heat! Update: We had no problems with our heating system during this past winter and have already had the AC checked out for this summer with no problems. See, that's why I love A Custom.

  A Custom did routine maintenance on my furnaces ahead of winter. Flexible with scheduling, completely professional while at my house, not over-bearing in any way but provided some suggestions for ongoing maintenance/safety. SIgned up for the maintenance plan so they will take care of a/c in the spring - Tom is really pleasant to work with.

  These guys are terrific! When the compressor on my AC unit died the day I brought my newborn home, they were there to help in 20 minutes. They jumped through hoops to replace the entire unit the same day (a Saturday no less). And they didn't even charge me extra for Saturday service. Outstanding service.
