For founder Katharine, this concept came from watching her mother decorate their Kansas home with family treasures, gifts from friends, and the occasional shopping trip finds. The result was magnificent - a happy home which laid the foundation for fond memories.
So what is 92nd Street? It was the street that little Katharine grew up on in Kansas. It’s where she learned the concept of home, it’s where she practiced decorating at an early age, and as a boutique name, it’s her destination to create beautiful and “happy” homes with wonderful memories for others. OMG! I was referred to 92nd Street Design by a close friend and I cannot believe how fabulous my home looks. Katharine's design process is built around really getting to know the client -- their likes and dislikes. She really listened to me and WOW --- my home looks like a model unit!!! Katharine's team setup my living room while I was at work and when I came home I almost lost my breath. I was completely blown away by the attention to detail and the quality of materials that her team used in my home. I strongly recommend!!!!!

92nd Design Group installed window treatments for my home that added an unexpected level of luxury. I just love them! There was great deal of attention given to finding the design, fabrics and colors that I liked. The entire process we very organized and timely. I love that 92nd Street Design can take care of all my design needs. I am now excited about the custom pillows and new furniture that I recently ordered. I would highly recommend 92nd Street Design.

I just love my living room and dining room window treatments. They have added a level of luxury to me home that I never anticipated. Katharine of 92nd Street Design Group is great at providing options and working with you to find not only what you like but what you actually love in terms of fabric, design and colors. Every aspect of the process was timely and professional. I love that the design group provide all interior design support. I am now in the process of purchasing custom pillows and furniture. Three years after the completion of that project, I made the decision move to another home. KDI took my custom draperies from the first house and did an outstanding job of installing them into my current home. I was elated with the finished product and so happy that I was able to stretch my investment even further!
