Dr. Langer saved my eyesight! A few weeks ago I noticed that I couldn't see as good out of my left eye. I thought my glasses were just getting old. I ordered new glasses from a pretty well known online place that just used my prescription from my last exam a few years ago but I still couldn't see very well. I finally got through my to do list and made myself an appointment. Turns out there was some kind of nerve swollen in my eye and that's why I couldn't see! I actually had to go to the emergency room right then and they told me if I hadn't gone in I would have probably lost vision in that eye forever! Thank you so much to dr langer and I will definitely be coming back!

Dr Langer provides exceptional eye-care and her office and staff are both equally as great. She took the time to do a through eye exam and explained everything in detail so I left the visit knowing that any vision problems were fully addressed. Her office is bright and clean with modern equipment and her staff were super friendly as well; her optician took the time to help pick a great new pair of glasses that fit within what the insurance company would pay for. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone in the South Austin area who is looking for someone to take care of their vision needs.

512 Eye did an amazing job providing me and my daughter with quality eye care. Appointment scheduling was easy and we were seen within a week of scheduling. Their office hours are perfect for the working parent too.

Dr. Langer was friendly and informative. She put my 9 yr old right at ease. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. The office provided a clean, refreshing atmosphere with plenty of eye hardware options to choose from. Definitely think I've found my new eye doctor. -

I was absolutely AMAZED at not only the excellent customer service provided but the quality of service by both Gretchen and Dr. Sara Langer. My son was worked in for an urgent visit and I'm am grateful for the care they provided . I work in the medical field and it's very rare to find genuine caring medical professionals. I highly recommend , I have moved my entire family here and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
