3D Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

3DPT is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with musculoskeletal and movement disorders. But if we were sitting casually at dinner with you, we would tell you this: we are determined - no, obsessed - with finding the solution to the problem. Because just like no two people are alike, neither are their conditions and injuries. So to be completely honest, we go to what others might consider extremes. But so far, we haven't had any complaints about clients healing better than they expected. Read more

Not just extremely knowledgable, but warm and friendly to everyone who comes in the door. I put physical therapy off, and I shouldn't have, just like anybody else. But now that I've been to 3DPT I won't ever put it off again, should I need it. Joe was terrific helping me with my neck and back, and he inspired me to kick my own butt at home. The whole staff is great. I highly recommend this place and everybody who works there. Thank you Team!

Snapshot: Service 5/5, Amenities 5/5, Price 5/5, Road to Recovery 5/5

If by chance you've had a sports injury like me or just an alignment, Dr. Nugent, Lewis or any of the staff is dedicated to providing a speedy recovery and is very customer centric.

There's ample equipment from an Anti G to total gym and bikes to easy the pain. The body blade is my nemesis but worth the struggle.

Great location on the corner of Turtle Creek and Cedar Springs.

One of the best teams and price points. I highly recommend using them and they came recommended by my orthopedic.

With this being my first time in PT, I wasn't too sure what to expect. But, my first impression with 3D was great. I continued weekly appointments for a little over a month, and every one was a great experience. Jeff always taught me different exercises and stretches to ensure I could fully recover from my injury. The entire staff is very caring, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I would recommend 3D to anybody, especially if it is their first time at PT.

I recently moved back to Dallas from Palm Springs. In the past year I have had a stroke and several abdominal surgeries. Then, shortly after arriving back in Dallas, I had a major fall. Fortunately, I was referred to 3DPT by my primary care physician. Grady Callaway has been extremely helpful in facilitating my recovery from the stroke. He and his team have also helped me regain my strength and balance. I would highly recommend 3DPT. They are experienced, highly qualified, and dedicated to the health and well being of their clients!

The entire staff is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred to them by the Dr. I saw for my shoulder issues. Carling was my PT, and while I don't have a ton of experience with PTs, I would say she's probably one of the best in the country (maybe even one of the best in the world). She's very good at what she does, and I would absolutely recommend her and the rest of the 3DPT staff! They will fix you!
