Their yoyo is fun relaxing and driven. They make you feel like you are in the same level as everyone and may even push your limits. I recommended many to try it out!

Clean and modern Super-Sport. It's a single floor and has the compact style layout that squeezes the weight area with cardio.

The turf/ crossfit area is tucked away towards the back providing a great level of privacy. It's quite intimate (good exercise always is). This is refreshing as you are often right in front of people while tossing kettlebells and such.

The men's locker room has the strangest open floor plan with few partial walls that partition different sections. You can see someone's backside or feet while they evacuate their bladder and bowels.

LOVE that the dip stations are not in the MIDDLE of the floor as not everyone wants to show off their shoulder wrecking dips.

The wet area, pool/sauna/steamroom, is quite exposed to the main floor as multiple glass walls present a clear view.

This gym follows suit with the company's new all encompassing layout of compact Super Sports. The equipment is new, the floor is spacious, and it's clean. There isn't much to complain about.

It's a clean gym. There's a nice pool and many exercise classes that are exhausting, but fun!

Great neighborhood gym with friendly staff. Very easygoing and helpful. Allows you to put memberships on hold for school, travel, medical or other reasons. Nice, new facility.

I workout at several 24's all over So-Cal with my job that I could write a survey. (Redondo/Torrance- sucks big-time). This one is impressive.

I have been working out with a trainer now for a month. The gym has always been clean and the staff is always friendly. I love my trainer Darron even though I give him a hard time for kicking my butt. He knows my goals and my weaknesses and I now look forward to my weekly training sessions. I would reccommend him to everyone I know.

Nice new facility. Love the set up. It's kind of nice that there aren't towels... most of the time the towels are left on the floor or left on the machines long after the person has left the gym. No basketball court but pretty cool athletic training area with tired and sleds.
