... Dr. Cho and his staff are absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating and if you make a scheduling error, they quickly help you resolve it. And Dr. Cho? He is the BEST. He's entertaining, friendly, and inquisitive but really knows his stuff when it comes to rehabilitation. In just the few weeks I have been seeing him, the mobility in my shoulder has increased and the pain has decreased. We have more sessions to go, but he's the first doctor I've EVER liked going to.

Dr. Cho is a brilliant practitioner! I have dealt with knee issues for years and suffered a significant flare-up recently when I changed my exercise routine. I was dreading yet another barrage of orthopedic visits that would probably culminate in a prescription with unpleasant side effects or a series of injections and possibly another surgery. I was limping everywhere! Dr. Cho diagnosed my issue on the first visit and began ART on both my legs. By the second visit we were done! My long-standing problem was resolved, and I have full range of motion without pain. Thank you SO much!

I started going to 1st Choice Sports Rehab Center back in April 2016. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hamstrings and had been to several places that were unable to help. My pain was previously misdiagnosed as sciatica. When I saw Dr. Cho at 1st Sports, he immediately recognized my issue was HHT (high hamstring tendinopathy). He used ART and was able to provide relief. These guys know their stuff. The staff is professional and everyone there is awesome! Highly recommend.

I am so happy I found this place and that I can receive care from Dr. Cho. I have seen Dr. Cho for years about a variety of issues starting with shoulder pain from years of waiting tables. I also dislocated my neck and Dr. Cho got my head on straight again :) I had a baby in August and was in severe pain in my neck and back after the delivery. I couldn't believe that after one visit, Dr. Cho had me back to feeling well. I have referred as many people as I can to this practice and I feel truly lucky to be able to be cared for by the practice and by Dr. Cho.

I first met the staff of 1st Choice when they were doing volunteer massages after a women's sprint triathlon a couple of years ago. The staff and professionalism here is truly top notch. My first appointment was very thorough. I felt like they took the time to understand my pain concerns and were invested in helping me and not just trying to get me on a repetitive schedule like some chiropractor/PT places can be.
