.. Out of desperation we called 1st Choice Heating and AC to try and find our own fan motor. Not only did 1st Choice finnd us a fan moto for our 40 year old unit in 45 minutes, they were at our house the next morning to install it.

When it turned out that our unit failed, 1st Choice was set to install our new unit, with a 10 year warranty. The team there are professional, and were very sympathetic to our situation dealing with our home warranty company. We consider them family now.
