  Stop reading reviews and just go here already! I became a customer because of these reviews, and now I'm back to say that everyone tells the truth. Phenomenal service to the point where I felt like I was talking to a friend when they called with updates (such as requesting permission before moving forward with repairs). I would feel comfortable commuting two hours just to get their service.

  These guys are what's right with this world. When I split coffee all over my MacBook, apple said it would cost $955 to repair (i.e., buy a new one). Eddie and the fine folks at 12:01 computer repair, fixed me up completely for less than half of that. Why trash a fixable computer? I love the spirit of sustainability and the top-notch, thorough service. Go here, you won't be disappointed!

  They know what they're doing! My husband had a problem with his laptop and the 1201 team did a great diagnostic job. Efficient. Competent and very fair pricing. I recently had a problem with desk tower. I took it in. Again, they 1201 team knew what they were doing. I have a high level of confidence in their work.

  Very helpful with my first computer build! I needed to boot my new older gen motherboard to make it compatible with the CPU I purchased. They were more than willing to do that for me, and then when the motherboard turned out to be dead on arrival, they didn't charge me for the time! I will absolutely go back to them with other issues.

  Just delighted.
  after a couple of calls to (much more expensive) competitors, I took my PC to 12:01. They did a quick bench diagnostic, determined the trivial reason that my computer did not start, and refused to charge anything for their time. My thanks are all that they wanted; this posting is more than they expected and less than they deserve. While I hope to not need their services, this is the place I will come to if/when the need arises. (btw, sorry if this post show me in North Carolina, i had not yet updated my yelp profile. I am really here, and so are they.
