  I normally have a hard time finding glasses for my face shape. I came here on the referral of a friend and literally within 2 minutes the owner has me try on two pairs with colors and shapes that immediately made my face so much better than it is without glasses. It's like a Vuitton handbag for my face only more unique and not mass produced. You can go from a mid ranged product to a hand made one of a kind piece that no one will else have. Highly recommend.

  I have been going to 10/10 for 27 years, since I moved into the neighborhood and they were at 5th Ave. and 22nd. They are the most caring, helpful, professional people I've ever worked with. A couple of times, the glasses I ordered didn't feel right on my face, and they graciously let me exchange them for ones that did fit better -- at no extra cost. And there frames are always unique and flattering. They are also honest. If a frame doesn't look good on my face, they will tell me, even if it means not making the sale of more expensive frames. That is being customer focused!

  Great experience, I forgot my contacts at home and needed an emergency pair of contacts for work. They were the nearest location to my job so I called them up, they were super helpful. After sending my prescription they had a sample pair contacts ready in less than 30 minutes for Free and they are not even my primary Opticians.
  I will definitely keep them in mind when getting new glasses or contacts. Super nice & helpful.

  Had not been in for more than a few years. Started with an eye exam--surprise surprise! A whole new prescription. Sat down with Ruth and she picked some beautiful frames. A glamorous make over--for sun, for computer, for going out and for every day! Even tho i see my wrinkles more clearly i couldn't be happier!
