  They were not able to service our chimney/fireplace but the lady who answered our call was very nice and helpful. She patiently told us how to look up other companies to perform the work we need. I can just imagine how well they will treat their customers!

  We had a gas furnace issue for 2-3 weeks where a chimney damper used to trip off every 2-3 days. We had couple of chimney companies come and analyze the issue and they came up with big proposals of changing chimney height and changing pipes just looking at the whole setup. We were fortunate to have called 1 Hour chimney company and Tony (Owner of the company) looked at it. He opened up the pipe and to our surprise it did have garbage from the roofing reconstruction (We just did the roofing earlier this year and those idiots were so careless). Tony then cleaned the chimney and saved us from the future danger of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

  This has to be the most honest chimney company around. I had Tony out for an estimate on my chimney liner -- after being told by my plumber that it had to be replaced. Tony took one look and said it was just fine. Even said he could sell me a new one but I didn't need it. Didn't charge me a penny for the visit.
  
  I'll definitely recommend Tony and 1 Hour Chimney to everyone who needs chimney work done!
